Our services are intended for licensed dental professionals, dental laboratory technicians, and other professionals in the dental industry, as well as students enrolled in accredited dental or dental technology programs. By registering for an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your enrolled courses.
3. Continuing Education (CE) Courses
Enrollment: Access to paid CE courses requires purchase of an enrollment. Enrollments are personal and non-transferable.
Certificates: CE certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required course materials and assessments. Certificates are issued for completed courses only and cannot be issued retroactively.
Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and current clinical information, CE content is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional dental advice. Always apply clinical judgment and follow applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. In-Person Events
We offer in-person continuing education lectures and training sessions. By attending an event and completing the post-event survey, you may receive a CE certificate. Certificates are issued to participants who provide valid identification information (name, email, and dental license number where applicable). Survey responses are collected anonymously to improve our programs.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Refund policy: Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase for courses where less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Contact us to request a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, and text on this website are the property of Sandal Ideal Prosthodontics, LLC and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course content without express written permission.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Certain images, graphics, and written content on this website may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. All AI-generated or AI-assisted content is reviewed and approved by our team before publication. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of all content, AI-generated materials are provided for illustrative and informational purposes. Clinical and educational course content is developed and reviewed by qualified dental professionals regardless of any AI tools used in production.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, or resell access to course content
- Record or screenshot video content
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to circumvent security features or access controls
- Use the platform in any way that could harm other users or disrupt the service
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandal Ideal Prosthodontics, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
